Job Description:

1. Leading and project managing primary research commissions
2. Planning and executing sales/business development activity to achieve targets
3. Responding to enquiries and requests for proposals
4. Designing “research products” that can be marketed to target clients
5. Building relationships with new and existing client base to encourage repeat purchase
6. Coaching and developing junior staff to acquire/improve their primary skills
7. Mentoring other team members
8. Contributing to the management of company-wide initiatives
9. Contributing to thought leadership, speaking at conferences and seminars
