Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across multiple departments and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to balance the needs of the company with those of the candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and tactics to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
