Window Passions is a brand which has a legacy of about 40 years. The brand offers a wide range of drapery collection like curtains and blinds. Their exquisite fabrics were to be exhibited in the India’s most luxurious fair, Design ID. The event being India’s leading design and décor week, we knew it was a humongous opportunity. Beryl India, with a decade of solid experience in designing put in our craftsmanship to showcase the products of Window passions in the limelight. The brand wanted to launch a sub brand WP Trims for the year 2021. So, the team worked skillfully by focusing on both the mother brand as well as the sub brand. Our designing strategies proved their command over the other products in the industry with ease.
Inaari: Restoring Nature
Inaari set its foot in the Indian Menstrual Health Industry in 2020. Inaari focuses on helping women understand their hormonal cycle and encourages them to live in alignment with it. It is focused on building a community where the stigma around the hormonal changes that come along with womanhood is normalized and informs the general audience about how PCOS, period cramps, and PMS symptoms are not just normal. Still, something is impacting a large number of women all around the world.

K.B. Polychem (India) Ltd. is a branch of K.B Group of companies with 5-30 years of experience and has its manufacturing unit based in Madhya Pradesh. It is popular for its bespoke renderings of surface polishing solutions for different surfaces. Launch of the luxury trims
The brand launched a new addition to the luxurious Indian homes. They were the pioneers in introducing trims in Indian market. We had to design the stall in such a way that it forecasts the 2021 trends in drapers. We made it a learning curve for the consumers by introducing the in and out of the newly launched trims. Keeping in mind the consumer behavior psychology, we consciously designed the booth that would guide them through the stall. Considering the inflow and outflow of the crowd we were able to build the stalls according to the hierarchy of information that is to be provided.
Providing a holistic customer experience
Creating an experiential platform was our primary focus. An opulent living space was designed for people to know how these products would look at their homes. The walls had a lavish finishing and described the intention of the exhibit. The trims curated with varied artistic designs were used to showcase the availability of bespoke products. Both the mother brand and the new launch were put together in the display to forecast the 2021 trend. Our aspiration to inspire was successfully showcased with the artistic installation of the trims on the highlighted wall. In this way we were able to communicate the usage of the product at homes and instigated a sense of familiarity among the visitors.
Upstaging from the myriad of stalls
Beryl created a play area for the visitors. It led people to have a hands-on experience on the displayed products. We ensured that visitors could touch and feel the fabrics. We had the play area to keep audience engaged with the newly launched products. It was placed at the center of the stall so that visitors would not miss out anything. The play area was a success as people were enthusiastically experiencing the luxury of the cushions and furniture setup. Artistic installation of the trims on the hard walls were a sample of the exquisite look at their homes. The lighting strategy and subtle complexion on the walls highlighted the products and attracted the visitors from the gangway.
Designing is a language
At Beryl, we never fail to enhance the brand story to the consumers. Our expert designers are well versed in consumer psychology. The efforts of our designing team in curating the stalls made the brand look unique. We, through our artistic intelligence spoke volumes about the personality of the brand. By hanging the curtains and blinds with an aesthetic sense even outside the stall, we had the opportunity to lure in customers who were passing by. The new launch of the product was a success as desired.

We never compromise on the aesthetics of the stall at any cost and that had brought us to where we stand now as professional designers.

We feel that the trade fair allowed us a chance to showcase our vast experience in the field of interior designing. Our intentions were to boost the brand’s potential and mark a lasting impression in people’s minds. We designed the stall with a unique strategy that made the brand stand apart. We were successful in attracting the attention of the people with same vision and widened the networking. It was a major opportunity to exhibit that Krishna Corp as well as Beryl India are aware of the latest trends and technologies. We together, enhanced the brand value with our unique conceptualization, daring designs and eye-catching display. This lifted us to be the jewel in the trade fair’s crown.
